I have often thought about starting my own web development business. When I do, I am going to call it Sir Bud Productions. Until then, I am using this website to develop my personal web development skills.
I am building this website in XML. I have a single XML file that contains all of the contents. I use JavaScript and XSL to transform that single XML file into the individual pages on this website.
I am using a few "home edition" software packages to develop and maintain this website
- I am using Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition from Microsoft to maintain the scripts and style sheets.
- I am using Paint Shop Pro for all of the graphics and photos.
- I am using AutoHotKey to help with some of the HTML formatting.
